Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.1. Billing Cycle

All service fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are payable in advance for the upcoming service month.

1.2. Setup Fee

A one-time setup fee of A$499 (or equivalent USD) is charged at the start of the engagement. This covers onboarding, campaign configuration, and compliance setup. Setup fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

1.3. Minimum Commitment Period

All service subscriptions require a minimum commitment of three (3) months from the date of activation unless otherwise agreed in writing. This ensures adequate time for campaign optimization, performance tracking, and measurable ROI delivery.

1.4. Payment Method

Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved digital payment gateways. By providing payment details, you authorize Raiqa Labs H+ to automatically charge the recurring monthly amount unless cancelled under the terms below.

2.1. No Refunds

All payments made to Raiqa Labs H+ are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Setup fees

• Monthly service fees

• Optional add-on packages

We do not issue refunds for partially used periods, underperformance claims, or early termination requests.

2.2. Performance Disclaimer

While we employ advanced AI, data analytics, and marketing strategies to maximize growth, Raiqa Labs H+ does not guarantee specific results, as performance depends on multiple external factors including ad spend, competition, and client responsiveness and other social and economic factors.

3.1. Cancellation Notice

After the initial three-month term, subscriptions may be cancelled anytime with a 30-day written notice sent to: support@raiqa.com

3.2. Ongoing Charges

All payments due within the notice period will be billed as scheduled. Your access to the platform and associated tools will remain active until the end of the paid term.

3.3. Termination by Raiqa Labs H+

Raiqa Labs H+ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for:

• Violation of our Terms of Service,

• Non-payment,

• Misuse of platform tools, or

• Conduct deemed unethical or harmful to the brand.

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
